All registered members of Ambrose Business Club (ABC) shall comply with the following terms and conditions. All references to “you” are references to members of ABC and references to “us” are references to Ambrose SBP.
A. General terms
- You shall not share any information received as a member of ABC publicly or to third parties who are not members of ABC, but you may use it freely for the purpose of your business.
- Any information you share with us or other members of ABC (unless you publish it on the forum) is presumed to be confidential and will not be disclosed to other members or third parties without your express authorization. This includes any comments and replies that you make using a private mode, which are not visible to other members, except the author of the post to which you react.
- You may not use the ABC forum for advertising any of your products or services, but you can share stories about your business if they can be of general interest, especially if they relate to the topic being discussed at the ABC forum at the relevant time.
- Any assistance that we provide to you as a member of ABC free of charge shall not be treated as contractual advice and we do not assume any liability for the consequences of its use by you or your business unless we enter into a services agreement providing for consideration and providing us with the means of controlling the use of our advice, in which case the terms of the services agreement shall apply.
- You shall not seek any financial rewards or any commercial gain from your participation in any discussions or interaction with fellow members of ABC.
- You may withdraw from ABC at any time. We suggest you terminate your membership in case you are no longer qualifying as a member (e.g., if you stop any business activities) but this is ultimately your own decision.
- Any member who is found in breach of these terms and conditions may be expelled from ABC with immediate effect.
- The general Terms and conditions shall apply to the extent relevant.
