Terms and conditions

All references below to Ambrose SBP shall be deemed to refer to the company that is the registered owner of the website https://ambrose-sbp.com at any time.

  1. Any materials published on this website are copyrighted and cannot be copied and used without attribution unless an express consent is granted by the owner of the website.
  2. Any materials published on this website or on the linked YouTube channel are of generic nature and shall not be viewed as advice on specific matters. Any advice may be given only pursuant to a specific instruction by an identified client subject to the general terms set out below.
  3. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with a specific client, any advice provided by Ambrose SBP is not legal advice and is not subject to any licensing or any other form of regulation in any jurisdiction. Whenever legal assistance may be necessary to implement our recommendations, it is the client’s responsibility to retain lawyers qualified to do so in the relevant jurisdiction.
  4. Unless the specific pricing terms are published on this website, any advice or assistance provided by Ambrose SBP shall be provided on the terms (including pricing) agreed with the client on a case-by-case basis considering all relevant circumstances and shall be kept confidential by the client. Ambrose SBP is not bound to offer the same or equivalent terms to different clients on similar matters.
  5. Except for the initial consultation, which is always free, provision of services by Ambrose SBP is subject to the prepayment of a portion of the agreed fee (up to 50%) by the client as requested by Ambrose SBP. The balance is payable within fifteen (15) days after the issuance of the final invoice. Any fees agreed with the client may be subject to UK VAT if specifically notified by Ambrose SBP prior to the provision of the services. Unless otherwise notified by Ambrose SBP, all services shall be deemed provided in the United Kingdom.
  6. Ambrose SBP undertakes to keep in strict confidence any information and materials provided to it by the client whether or not it is formally retained by the latter to provide advice or assistance. Ambrose SBP also undertakes not to disclose publicly the identity of its clients without the permission of the latter.
  7. Any written advice or materials provided by Ambrose SBP to clients shall be intellectual property of Ambrose SBP and may be used by the client only for specific purposes for which it was provided. Ambrose SBP shall bear no liability whatsoever for any use of such advice and materials for any other purposes or by any third party without the express written consent of Ambrose SBP.
  8. Given the practical nature of advice provided by Ambrose SBP, it shall not be liable for any failure to achieve the intended practical outcome but Ambrose SBP undertakes to provide any assistance (including in the form of free follow-up) that may be necessary to try and achieve the intended outcome.
